Rates All prices were correct at the time of going to print. Prices may be subject to change in the event of a heavy rise in inflation or increases in government taxes. On very rare occasions, some details may change due to circumstances out of our control. In the event of this happening, we will endeavour to contact guests with existing bookings as quickly as possible. Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required upon booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is then payable on arrival. Bookings made for Christmas House Party, New Year House Party and Theatre Breaks require a non-refundable £100 per person deposit. Christmas and New Year balances must be paid on or before 1st December 2025. Bookings inclusive of coach travel with Elgin Tours require a £60 per person non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The full balance is then due six weeks prior to travel. General Notes Check-in is available from 3pm on your arrival day. Check-out is 10am on your departure day. Early check in and late check out can be arranged (subject to availability) for an additional supplement of £20 each. Holiday Insurance We strongly advise that guests take out holiday protection insurance or check that they are adequately covered under an existing policy. Parking We have a small car park at the front and down the side of the hotel; therefore, parking is limited. Due to this, we cannot guarantee parking on our property. Guests parking on our property are required to hand their car kays in to our Reception team. Insured members of the management team may move your vehicle in case of emergency. The streets surrounding the hotel are unrestricted (except for double yellow lines) and carry no charge.
