RECOMMEND A FRIEND DISCOUNT When you’ve had an excellent stay, it pays to share your experience… We know that an authentic review is incredibly compelling. Therefore, a genuine recommendation between friends is invaluable! When you’ve had an excellent stay and feel like shouting It from the rooftops – we want to reward you with our ‘Recommend A Friend Discount’. How it works: 1. Your friend mentions your name and address at the time of making their very first booking with us. The booking must be in their name to qualify for the discount. (This is the most important part of the process – they must state that you have made a recommendation!) 2. On check-in, we will issue a Recommend a Friend form to the guest 3. Once your friend has stayed with us for the first time (and hopefully not the last!), a £50 voucher* will be issued to both of you within one month. *Vouchers will not be issued in instances whereby it is found that the person receiving the recommendation has already stayed at the hotel before. This discount cannot be claimed on group reservations; the new booking must be made under the name and address of the guest receiving the recommendation as a separate, standalone reservation.
