The team have been working hard behind the scenes to bring together a schedule that incorporates plenty of guest favourites – along with some exciting new concepts! I really hope that you do enjoy browsing this year’s much- anticipated brochure. We know that the uncertain state of the economy has put additional strain on many households and businesses all across the UK, so we have done our very best to keep our pricing as competitive as possible (with increases to a minimum) whilst continuing to offer the Elgin extras that our guests know and love. NEW for 2025, we will be trialling an All Inclusive midweek break to celebrate St Patrick’s Day – and we’re sure this will be full of fun! All of our April Midweek Breaks will include not one, but two full day excursions for you to enjoy! We’re also introducing a Music Through The Decades themed midweek break for all music lovers and this will be interspersed throughout our yearly programme. We were delighted to receive some guest suggestions for new day excursion destinations, and we are pleased to say that a number of these ideas feature in this year’s schedule; including Skipton and Ormskirk Market. As always, we relish guest feedback and do encourage all visitors to share their experiences and suggestions as this is how we can improve. As part of our annual refurbishment, we’ll be refreshing a number of bedrooms and bathrooms – we can’t wait to see what Liz creates this time! In line with our mission to be carbon neutral by 2032, we’ll also be installing a further 30 solar panels on the roof – which, when completed, will give us a total of nearly 100 panels helping to power the hotel.
